Official prices based on overnight stay.

*minimum stay 2 nights
*the prices listed are for accommodation of a maximum of two adults and two children up to 11.99 years in a One-Bedroom Apartment and four adults and two children up to 11.99 years in a Two-Bedroom Apartment.
*supplement for an additional adult - €40 per night, child up to 11.99 years - €25 per night.
*Relaxation area is paid additionally.

The prices listed are in euros for the respective room type and include:
· *Overnight stay, tourist tax, tourist insurance and VAT.
· *Free use of WIFI on the hotel premises.
· *Outdoor parking /until places are exhausted/.

Additional conditions and surcharges:
· * Check-in after 15:00
· * Check-out by 12:00
· * Check-out after 12:00 is subject to a surcharge of €25 per hour.
· * Pets are allowed in the complex at a price of €20 per day, up to 3 kg.
· * New Year's Eve 2027 - €150 per adult and €75 per child up to 11.99 years.
· * Ski wardrobe.
· * Ski school.
· * The complex reserves the right to change prices.
· * 50% surcharge at reception upon check-in. 

Cancellation conditions:

• * Confirmed reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 30 days before the check-in date.
• * In case of cancellation after this period or in case of non-appearance of tourists on the day of check-in, a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount will be deducted, and for this purpose the prepaid amount will be deducted.
• * In case of early departure or shortening of the stay of all or part of the guests on the reservations - amounts are not refundable.
• * Refund of amounts, when due by the Complex, will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation to the bank account specified by the client.
• *Additional payment at reception 50% upon check-in
